Why can't the Print-to-Fax client display my list of available cover sheets?

By default, the Print-to-Fax program searches
MailServer!!ExtraFax.nsf for the list of available cover sheets, where MailServer is the mail server as defined in the current Location document of the Local Address Book.
If the ExtraFax PostOffice (PO) database does not reside on the mail server or its file name is not ExtraFax.nsf, please add the following entry to the NOTES.INI of your Notes client:
$ExtraFaxPO=Server!!DBPath
where Server is the name of the server that hosting the PO database, while DBPath is the path and file name of the PO database.
Example: $ExtraFaxPO=MyEFServer!!ExtraFax6.nsf
If the Print-to-Fax program successfully connected to the PO database, then it will lookup to the list of available cover sheets as defined in the Server Configuration document:
